Like some of you reading this, I have struggled with getting motivated for exercise. Regardless of my athletic background I had never found the gym to be a pleasant experience in my teenage years. I once had a trainer myself that I worked with to better my athleticism and one day he noticed that I was starting to slack. I would last second no show him, ask him to do different exercises and even fake an injury to relax. These actions became a normal thing and eventually he called me one day. He informed me that we will no longer be working with each other and wished me the best. I didn't care nor realize at the time that this was the beginning of a rougher patch in my life that would lead me to where I am today. I ended up not fulfilling my dream of playing college and pro baseball, didn't get into my dream college and lost relationships along the way. I didn't realize why all of this was happening, why I couldn't get over the hump. I lost my passion, my spark. Being a lost teenager in his first year of college, I became very much in need of a spark, a bright light at the end of the dark tunnel. So I did what any broke college kid would do and called my dad for money to pay for a gym membership. At the time I didn't realize how much this would impact my life. During this time in my life when I thought I couldn't do anything right, the gym was something I could get better at every day. Through the years following I started becoming more aware of the benefits of my love for exercise. I formed relationships with people I wouldn’t have otherwise, I finally felt good about how I looked, and I started to lose the feeling of being lost. What I didn't realize until years later was I gained the most strength mentally. I became more willing to push the limits, strive for greatness, and help others who feel the way I felt for a long time. After years of honing my skills and knowledge, I decided to share my expertise with others. I believe that everyone deserves to feel empowered and confident in their bodies, and I'm here to help you achieve that.
